Welcome to Rangitoto Woodcraft

Rangitoto Island is a volcano island in the centre of the Waitemata harbour, the body of water in Auckland, New Zealand where I was born, and still live.

I use recycled timbers, grown in New Zealand, such as Rimu, Kauri and others, and I firmly believe in that the wood itself should be the main attraction. I only source wood that interest me with their history and their story to tell, and I hope that by creating beautiful boards that showcase their wonderful colours, grains and history, I can give the wood a second life, and a new home around the world.
